Managing your booking is simple and convenient with the airlines manage booking feature. With Delta's online tools, you can quickly access your flight reservation and make changes as needed. Here's how it works:

How to Access?

Visit the Delta Flights manage booking page on the website or app. Log in with your booking details, such as your confirmation number and last name, to view your flight.

What Changes Can Be Made?

• Change flight date, time, or destination (fees may apply).
• Select or upgrade your seat.
• Add baggage or special service requests.
• Update traveler details (restrictions apply).
• Cancel or request a refund (based on fare rules).
• Upgrade your seats to business or premium classes.
• Add special needs requests, such as meal preferences.

Seat Selection

Choose your seat during flight booking, via My Trips, or at check-in. Use the seat map to view and pick available seats.

• Basic Economy Seats: Seats are assigned at check-in, and passengers cannot change or upgrade them. No seats are guaranteed together.
• Preferred & Upgraded Seats : Exit row, bulkhead, and front cabin seats are available for purchase. Medallion Members get complimentary upgrades. Upgrade to Delta One®, Delta Premium Select, First Class, or Delta Comfort+® on eligible flights.

Flight Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation

Delta Flights lets you cancel flights based on your ticket type. Some fares are flexible, while others may have cancellation fees.

When You Cancel:

• Main Cabin & Higher Classes: Most U.S. and select Delta international flights allow free cancellations.
• Basic Economy : A Cancellation fee applies to Basic Economy and flights from Europe, Central, or South America. The remaining value is issued as eCredit.
• No-Show Policy : Cancel before departure to retain ticket value. Economy tickets cannot be changed.

When Delta Cancels:

• Rebooking or eCredit is offered for delays over 120 minutes.
• Refunds may be available for unused portions of non-refundable tickets.

Refunds

Delta offers refundable flight tickets and non-refundable options with different policies.

Refundable Tickets:

• Full refunds are given if canceled within 24 hours of flight booking.
• Request refunds before departure.

Non-Refundable Tickets:

• A cancellation fee applies, and the remaining value is issued as eCredit.
• Cancel before departure to keep ticket value.

Flight Date and Name Change

Date Change

Plans change, and Delta Flights offers flexibility for many tickets. Airlines ticket changes can be made through the Delta Flights manage booking feature before departure. Basic Economy tickets are mostly non-changeable.

• Non-Refundable Tickets: Pay a $0-$400 fee plus any fare difference.
• Refundable Tickets : Change without fees if fare rules are met. Pay only the fare difference if applicable.
• Missed Changes : If you don't modify or cancel flight before departure, it loses value. You won't get a refund or an eCredit for future use.

Name Change

Delta allows name corrections under specific conditions.

• Minor Corrections: Small spelling errors can be fixed for free.
• Major Changes : Legal name changes (e.g., marriage) need documents and may have fees.
• Correction Limits : Up to three characters in last names can be changed. Significant changes require customer support.
