Our role

SterlingFares (MayVoy Travels LLC) is an independent travel agency and ticket agent. We arrange travel provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators). Your travel is also governed by each supplier's own terms, fare rules, and conditions of carriage.

Quotes, fares & payment

• Quoted fares include mandatory taxes and fees; baggage and optional services may cost extra per supplier policy.
• Fares and availability change in real time and are not guaranteed until payment is completed and the supplier confirms the booking.
• Total price, including any agency service fees, is disclosed before payment.

Changes & cancellations

Changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the supplier's fare rules and, where applicable, our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Some fares are non-refundable or carry change fees.

Traveler responsibility

You are responsible for accurate traveler names, valid passports/visas/ID, and compliance with health and entry requirements for your itinerary.

Advertised savings

Savings claims (e.g., "up to 30%/40% off") apply to select routes and bundles versus published fares and are subject to availability, dates, and supplier terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SterlingFares is not liable for acts, omissions, schedule changes, or failures of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
